I build test automation — but I don't stop there. When needed, I take on the whole quality process (refinement, risk, feedback loops) to make testing fast and reliable.

Quality starts with people and process, not tools. **Refinement** — agreeing on what "ready" and "done" actually mean before a single test is written. **Risk management** — deciding what to test, what not to, and why. **Mentoring** — I'd rather grow a team that owns quality than hand them another framework. **Technology comes after** — it scales a good process, but can't replace one.

**Minimalism** — if it isn't needed, it doesn't belong. Reduce, don't add. **Patience** — good teams and good processes aren't built in a sprint. **Continuous improvement** — nothing is ever finished; each iteration leaves things a little better.
